Composting and FOGO is only part of the solution! The first thing households should do to reduce their food waste is by adopting the first 3 steps of the waste hierarchy: Avoid, Reduce and Reuse….before they get to the point of recycling.

Tell us in 25 words or less your best food waste hack – a tip to share with everyone on how you Avoid, Reduce or Reuse food in your house to prevent it from being wasted. All entries will go into the draw to win one of nine $100 Visa gift cards*, the more you enter the more chance you have of winning!

Have a littlie who likes to colour in? Download our FOGO cycle colouring in page, let your kids get creative, fill in their name, age, and a contact email and return to Compost Colouring-In competition, PO Box 46, Devonport TAS 7310. A winner from each age group will win a Banish Garden Tool combo valued at $38.00*.
